(More customer reviews)I ordered this lamp for my uncle ... should have been simple but it wasn't. The part number is right, the picture on the web site is right, product showed up and it wasn't even close. Emailed and Called ... took a week to get in touch with someone for a return. Told them it was the wrong one, they sent a new one ... different for sure but still not the right bulb. Finally got a refund so that I can hire a local TV repair company to come out with the right part and get the darn tv fixed. Don't order replacement bulbs on line ... pay the extra $75 for a local service call so that someone else gets to deal with the headache of the right parts. This 'simple' lamp replacement cost me two days worth of on the phone, on the email, verifying part numbers and etc. What a waste!!!
