(More customer reviews)I am quite pleased with this item. I have an Acer Aspire 11.6 inch laptop and it fits very well into the sleeve. I believe it will protect it satisfactorily from the little bumps and scratches that normally happen as one travels from one place to another. It appears to be a well made product and if I had it to do over I would again purchase this same sleeve. The strap is easily adjustable and is also simple to put on or remove from the sleeve in order to suit my needs. Also the color of the sleeve was represented very well (blue asphalt) by the picture so I was pleased with the color of it also. The zippers appear to be of good quality and move well yet stay securely closed.
Note: The company I bought this from "Synex" was slow in sending my product to me. I had to email them twice before receiving a response from them. They did however eventually respond and explained the problem that had taken place with my order and even gave me a partial refund to help make up for the problem with the communication and the slowness in my product being sent to me. So, overall I would rate the sleeve 5 stars and "Synex" with 4 stars.
