Sony has made exactly what I needed: a huge memory stick card that I can use for downloading content to and from my mobile phone (yes, it's a Sony, that's why I chose MS ...).
It works fine, and comes with an adaptor for the "regular sized" MS Pro and MS (the old format, bigger).
The package is extremely nice (as it usually happens with all things Sony, thanks Japan design!).
I guess you could use it as a MS in your computer for extra storage "just when you ran out of space". That's why I give it 5 stars. It protects my data from the mobile, and could be used as an (expensive) pen drive for your PC.
