(More customer reviews)The product is what is says it is: a 19.5 volt AC adapter for my laptop. The cord is just long enough (typical AC adapter), but the unit does become quite warm, not hot, but close. So far, everything functions just fine. (I'll let you know of any changes).

It was a fairly quick and steady road to total failure, but it finally occurred a few weeks ago. The adapter seems to have gotten so hot it melted its soldering. I had my reservations about this AC adapter the moment it arrived, so I can't say I'm surprised by its ultimate uselessness, but I am disappointed.
It seems a replacement AC adapter can be difficult to find on Amazon, and this is another added to the list of DO NOT BUY.
