(More customer reviews)I replaced my original Sony Vaio PCV-RX650 memory sticks with two of these. I wanted to upgrate my 512 RAM to 1G (the max an RX650 will take). I initially thought I would only have to buy one stick to get there, until I realized that my RX650 had two 256 sticks -- so had to replace both in order to get 1G. The added memory really did a lot to improve my 7 year old system!
