(More customer reviews)great customer service. i used this laptop for 2 years. originally got this as a going away present to college. i used it all the time, lugging it to classes and taking notes on it. when i dropped it, there was a big ding in it. i called up the guys at fry's and they shipped my laptop back to sony's. i got a loaner for 90 days--which was a long time, yes. but i got an awesome laptop in the meantime.
all in all, the laptop has a huge screen and is great for watching shows on and writing essays on. it's just a joy and is sturdy enough for me. that's saying a lot, because i used to go through a laptop a year.
