(More customer reviews)For anyone who's curious... the VGP-PRZ10 here is intended for use with the older VPC-Z11 series laptops, but it does work fine with the VPC-Z12 (and most likely VPC-Z13 as well) series too: It's just that only one of the two gigabit Ethernet ports works (specifically, the one positioned close to the center of the dock).
Since this is often rather cheaper than the VGP-PRZ1 that's "supposed" to be used, hopefully this can save someone some money...
