(More customer reviews)I was a bit disappointed with my new Sony laptop. First off, it's described as white but it's actually silver. The only white is the keypad. Secondly, the keypad is a bit cheap feeling....the plastic doesn't feel solid. Also, the screen resolution isn't as sharp as I expected for a laptop dubbed an "entertainment device." All-in-all, $800 is too much for this device. I've long enjoyed Sony Vaio laptops, but think I will stick with HP devices in the future, which have better hardware quality and price performance.
