(More customer reviews)I have always considered Sony as top of the line in quality. So my very first laptop purchase was this unit. Man what a nightmare it turned out to be. I got it in June and in the middle of August it DIED! Blue screen with all that mumbo jumbo about a "Fatal Error". Tried the recovery disc(that I paid extra for) and it only made the problem worse. Half way through the recovery disc process it gave a message saying it failed! Super-Sour Lemon!
