(More customer reviews)Battery is a fine replacement for my Sony Vaio laptop. If you have any problems after putting it into the laptop, it's not the battery! Sony - like some other laptop manufacturers - have engineered their products to look for OEM batteries, which are way more expensive. There is a fix available to work around the manufacturer's peculiarities...just check the web. (It involves running MSCONFIG.EXE. Go to the STARTUP tab and unclick the ISB Utility. Still check the web to get the sequence of steps in proper order.)
