(More customer reviews)The battery was only charged at 21%, the computer could not recognize the battery and the CD that was to reformat the BIOS did not work (instructions were filled with typos, mis-information and all disclaimers), there is ZERO customer service when I tried to remedy. THEN, when you return the product, they want to hold your refund for FOUR weeks. Proceed at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!
